This is a genuine Hot Springs tub. It is in good operational shape. Top cover has some tears in the vinyl so it's no longer watertight, but it still works well for holding heat. We are in Winchester, Virginia. End of driveway is about 200 feet from the deck that the spa sits on, there are 9 steps from the deck down to the yard level, and tub weighs about 1,000 pounds. The Grandee, with its expansive, Barrier-Free design, provides plenty of room for a party of seven. Sculpted armrests offer additional comfort.

Dual Moto-Massage jets let two people enjoy a terrific back massage at the same time. The optional SpAudio music system lets you feel the music.

And with two Wavemaster jet pumps, owning the Grandee is like having two spas in one. Dimensions: 8'4 X 7'7 X 38 high.
