Now designed to last longer than ever, the 2021 Lay-Z-Spa liner range had been manufactured from a 3-ply polyester mesh and PVC, giving it the name of DuraPlus. The clever manufacturing of this allows the liner to retrain its shape every time, regardless of how many times you inflate or deflate it. Moreover, the DuraPlus material provides a higher level of protection from punctures as it has a thick 3-ply layer.

Drop Stitch Material & Lightweight Durability. The inflated walls are made from drop stitch material, providing unparalleled strength and durability. Thousands of fine threads securely connect the sidewalls, which seal in air to keep the spa inflated. This material can support considerable weight whilst being light and portable when deflated.

The reason being, this is made from vinyl which expands over time from the ambient air temperature and the heat of the water. Once fully expanded, this will look the same as before.
