Caldera Spa Hot tub Martinique (220v) bought new in 2013. Im the first and only owner. 2 New pumps and 1 rebuilt in 2020. 1 speed (new) 1 dual speed (rebuilt)and circulation pump (new). The top has an assisted hydraulic lift. Its nice and easy to close the lid after a 45 minutes therapy session. I say this because I paid for it as an accessory. The same with the hydraulic lift for the lid. It is in a screened in covered, concrete floor, covered patio, sitting on top of rubber floor mats.

It was never sitting outside in the sun on grass and dirt. It comes with the double breakers gcr box and wires.
