Its in excellent condition and was removed because the original owners were upgrading to a larger unit. It comes with the steps and cover that are shown. All features in excellent working order.

Heater, light behind waterfall that changes colors, all jetsbeautiful! We found the owners manual and an additional, new-in-box filter that we had stored away.
