Water will gradually decrease after a few days or weeks. The heater and pump are working. All Emerald shells are made with non-toxic cast acrylic sheet co-extruded with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). After the molding process the shells are undercoated with environmentally friendly Acrylobond® to enhance stability. This process reinforces the shell and provides a total moisture barrier to eliminate the possibility of blistering, cracking, or delaminating.

Spa cabinet isn't in good condition. It's possible that the cabinet will fall over and you will need a new cabinet. After you move the tub, we won't accept return.
